Those
wanting the most delicious cup need look no further than Juan
Viñas coffee, recognized for its high quality for more
than 100 years. This unique coffee flourishes between 3000-4500
feet above sea level in the region of Juan Viñas, known for
its rich, fertile soils and perfect microclimate. The Arabica bean
produced in this region yields a coffee of excellent body, medium
acidity and great aroma.
The
companys prime coffee, the Juan Viñas Estate
brand is made from the best 15% of the farms harvest. The
estate coffee, produced in limited quantities under strict quality
standards within the companys own mill, is exported green
to selected roasters such as Dallis
Bros. in the United States and Europe. These roasters then sell
the roasted coffee under the Juan Viñas name in specialty
coffee shops and supermarkets throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Another
well known brand of green coffee is the Juan Viñas
Premium. This regional coffee is made up of beans from
the Hacienda and more than 150 local farmers who choose to process
their coffee with us. Both coffees are sold in limited quantities
at premium prices.
